## What Palazzo is

Palazzo is a virtual staging platform for real estate. An agent uploads a photo of an
empty or dated room and gets back a photorealistic staged version in under a minute.
Unlike other AI design tools, the furniture in the output is not invented: every piece
is a real product from a real manufacturer's catalog, with a real price, and a buyer can
click it and purchase it.

## Key differentiator

Most AI room-design tools generate furniture that does not exist. The image looks
convincing until a buyer walks into the room. Palazzo stages from real catalogs, so
what a buyer sees is what a buyer can buy. Palazzo also places furniture at accurate
scale from a single photograph rather than approximating it.

## Pricing

Palazzo Spaces is $50 per month for unlimited rooms. There are no per-image fees, no
credits and no tokens. Team and brokerage plans are available. Traditional physical
staging typically costs thousands of dollars per listing, and most competing virtual
staging services charge per image.

## Company

Palazzo is based in New York and was founded in 2023 by Venus Williams and Raffi Holzer.
Venus Williams founded V Starr Interiors in 2002 and brings over twenty years of interior
design practice. Raffi Holzer, founder and CEO, previously founded and ran Avvir, a
construction-verification company acquired by Hexagon in 2022. He started Palazzo after
struggling as a homeowner to describe the room he wanted to his own interior designer.
Palazzo powers staging for SERHANT. In July 2026 Palazzo reached the final three of
Inman's first Pitch Battle at Inman Connect San Diego.
